Luxury custom homes, built to live in for decades

One accountable team, a limited number of active projects, and a hands-on builder on site. That is how we deliver the home you actually want.

A custom home is the largest, most personal project most families take on. It deserves a builder who treats it that way. We take a small number of projects each year so Chris Brecht and our core team can stay directly involved in every phase, every decision, and every detail.

Design-build, not just construction

We are not a sub-it-out and disappear shop. From the first design meeting through final walk-through, the same team owns the project. Architects, engineers, interior designers, and trades all coordinate through our pre-construction process so the home is buildable on paper before we open the foundation permit.

That continuity is what protects budget, schedule, and quality. There is no handoff between design and construction, no lost context, and no surprise from a sub who never saw the plans until bid week.

A construction process built around the homeowner

You will know what is happening on your project every week. We use a transparent schedule, regular site walks, and clear written updates so you are never guessing where things stand. When decisions need to come from you, we package them with cost and schedule context so you can choose with confidence.

Change happens on every custom home. Our job is to make changes deliberate and well-informed rather than reactive, so they support the home instead of derailing it.

Craftsmanship in the details that age well

Luxury is not a marble countertop. It is the way trim returns into a window jamb, how stone transitions to plaster, the alignment of grout lines across two rooms, and the consistency of reveal lines across an entire facade. Those details only happen when a builder is on site, walking the work daily, and holding trades to a standard.

We select trade partners we have built with for years and we hold them to our standards, not industry minimums. The result is a home that still feels considered ten and twenty years after move-in, not just on the day you close.

Built for the Arizona climate

Building well in the desert means thinking about envelope performance, glazing orientation, mechanical sizing, and exterior materials that can handle UV, heat, and monsoon swings. We specify wall assemblies, insulation, windows, and HVAC systems with long-term performance in mind, not just to meet code.

The payoff is comfort year round, lower operating cost, and a home that still performs like new when summer comes back around.

One team for the whole property

If your project includes pool, spa, and landscape, we coordinate it under one schedule and one point of accountability through our pool and landscaping service. Indoor and outdoor finish out together, transitions are designed instead of patched, and you move into a finished property rather than a finished house with construction still happening in the backyard.
